Outstanding
I am in need of a Civil Rights attorney and called many places. Mr. Moore took a lot of time on the phone asking detailed questions then let me know his opinion, free of charge. Other attorney’s charge in the ball park of $250.00 for a one hour consultation then tell you they can’t help you but Mr. Moore did not charge me. If it turns out this situation gets worse, he is the lawyer I will call for help.

An instant answer to a unique situation
I phoned Michael and when no one answered I hung up and right away received a return phone call asking if I needed him. Experienced, Timely, and Trustworthy

The perfect example of an attorney
I’ve worked with Mike over several years. He has always been a professional. He is thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He has a very strong mind and approaches cases with sniper like precision: not wandering in and shot gunning or fishing around till something falls his way. He is aggressive and makes things happen. The brightest and hardest working lawyer that you will ever come in contact with
I initially came to know Michael Garth Moore when I worked with him in a secretarial/legal assistant/paralegal capacity. Mike and I worked together directly for 8+ years, and for numerous years beyond that at an independent contractor if he needed my help. I have seen Mike represent his clients with a passion I had not seen, and have not seen, since. He wants to get to know YOU, he cares about YOU, if you call he will talk to you, not in brief, not “on the clock” minute by minute. Mike practices by the book however is always thinking outside the box. Many years ago Mike represented a young boy who was severely injured in a 3 wheel ATV accident. Not only did Mike provide excellent representation to him and his family for the losses they suffered, but he served on the canvass committee to outlaw 3 wheel ATVs because the imbalanced design. He traveled to Washington D.C. to have his voice heard as an advocate, not just to “serve” on the committee in name. To date only 4 wheel ATV’s are in production and Mike and other committee members certainly were relevant in bringing about this change. I could site numerous other cases of similar circumstances, but wanted to provide one example. Mike did represent me in a serious skiing accident case as well, and offered the same professional representation he does with all his clients, but also took my case very personally and would take your case personally as well. I am fortunate to have not only worked with Mike but to have his continued friendship.

Really listens…
Mr Moore with his years of experience not only has networking to attend to the details but also is able to see the big picture. He truly is interested in your results and not ” running the meter”.
