Truly Cares
Consulted with Mike about 5 years ago about being wronged by DCS here in Tucson, AZ. He decided this was a legitimate case of judicial deception and my civil rights were revoked in the actual removal of my child. I believe he did everything he could to get this case settled before going to court and I felt that he truly cared what happened to my child, who cannot speak for himself, and myself. I attribute my win against DCS to Mike. I would recommend Mike to anyone who has a civil rights issue. Thank you so much, again!

Professional
Mr. Moore is professional and wicked intelligent. He not only knows the laws and the Justice System but he navigated us through the process effortlessly. He has a good morale personal foundation and he fought for us and found us Justice. He communicated clearly and ensured we understood our rights and the process. The outcome of our case was more then we had expected and we are eternally grateful.

Outstanding gentleman!
With just a short description of my situation he had insightful direction and resource contacts to speed me on my way. After he overwhelmed me with help, he said he was swamped and could not take my case, but gave me the name and number of a trusted colleague. I took his advice and within 24 hours I have gotten significant results.

Outstanding, and knowledgeable attorney
Michael helped me with a discrimination and civil rights issue. He listened to every thing I had to say and then gave me some great advice. His free advice saved my position. Later, I hired him and he gave me more great advice. His knowledge and strategy was invaluable and allowed me to leave on my own favorable terms and timeline. I recommend Michael without reservation.

Outstanding
I am in need of a Civil Rights attorney and called many places. Mr. Moore took a lot of time on the phone asking detailed questions then let me know his opinion, free of charge. Other attorney’s charge in the ball park of $250.00 for a one hour consultation then tell you they can’t help you but Mr. Moore did not charge me. If it turns out this situation gets worse, he is the lawyer I will call for help.

Very helpful good attorney!
Attorney Michael Moore is a excellent attorney honest and trustworthy. He says what he means and he does what he says. Attorney Moore listened to me carefully and did not make me feel rushed during my free consultation with him . He went well beyond what I expected of him and I am grateful to him for his help. Honorable Human & Very Special Man!!

Arizona/Ohio Corporate Lawsuits Public and Private

An instant answer to a unique situation
I phoned Michael and when no one answered I hung up and right away received a return phone call asking if I needed him. I explained my unique situation of being a private contractor with a prominent organization. He took the time to listen to me and respond to my concerns. Experienced, Timely, and Trustworthy
I was very appreciative of Mr. Moore’s attention to detail when asking him to review an agreement for me that i had to sign. He was very responsive and timely in getting back to me and made some excellent changes that put my mind at ease. He’ll be my first call if I ever need an employment attorney again.

I’ve contacted several lawyers….only three responded. One, basically emailed with his fee scale. Mr. Moore advised me to contact EEOC, which I have done. At least he replied! Thank you Mr. Moore!

The perfect example of an attorney
I’ve worked with Mike over several years. He has always been a professional. He is thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He has a very strong mind and approaches cases with sniper like precision: not wandering in and shot gunning or fishing around till something falls his way. He is aggressive and makes things happen. I would recommend him without reservation (except to my adversary).

The brightest and hardest working lawyer that you will ever come in contact with
I initially came to know Michael Garth Moore when I worked with him in a secretarial/legal assistant/paralegal capacity. Mike and I worked together directly for 8+ years, and for numerous years beyond that at an independent contractor if he needed my help. I have seen Mike represent his clients with a passion I had not seen, and have not seen, since. He wants to get to know YOU, he cares about YOU, if you call he will talk to you, not in brief, not “on the clock” minute by minute. Mike practices by the book however is always thinking outside the box. Many years ago Mike represented a young boy who was severely injured in a 3 wheel ATV accident. Not only did Mike provide excellent representation to him and his family for the losses they suffered, but he served on the canvass committee to outlaw 3 wheel ATVs because the imbalanced design. He traveled to Washington D.C. to have his voice heard as an advocate, not just to “serve” on the committee in name. To date only 4 wheel ATV’s are in production and Mike and other committee members certainly were relevant in bringing about this change. I could site numerous other cases of similar circumstances, but wanted to provide one example. Mike did represent me in a serious skiing accident case as well, and offered the same professional representation he does with all his clients, but also took my case very personally and would take your case personally as well. I am fortunate to have not only worked with Mike but to have his continued friendship.

Federal Appeals Court/ Federal District Court
After two years of litigation we won in a major Federal Appeals Court decision which will set a precedence all over the country. Really listens…
Mr Moore with his years of experience not only has networking to attend to the details but also is able to see the big picture. He truly is interested in your results and not ” running the meter”. As a retired senior military officer the highest comlement we can give is to say “I would go to war with this guy” and I sure would.

Mike review
He was very knowledgeable about every thing going on with my case. If I had questions he would explain them to the best of his ability, and if he did not know he found out. Broke things down so I was able to understand. He worked very fast, when I thought my case was going take at least a year. It was resolved in about half a year. Only thing he was hard to get whole of time to time. But he stayed in contact with me and reached out to me when he was free. Overall I thought he was great, and I appreciate all that he did for me.
